For 30 years, Jeremy worked as a leading journalist and tastemaker at the intersection of technology and culture, bringing his personal passions to the attention of new and excited audiences.
Combining his love for video games with his knowledge of early digital publishing technologies, Jeremy famously founded the world’s first internet-based video game publication, Intelligent Gamer Online, and led its growth as editor-in-chief. Later acquired by Ziff-Davis and expanded under Jeremy’s leadership to deliver both print magazine and web formats, Intelligent Gamer redefined video game journalism with incredible scoops and honest reviews, becoming a must-visit resource for gamers around the world.
Jeremy then served for over a decade as editor-in-chief and executive editor of iLounge, the leading independent authority on Apple, where he was widely acknowledged as the world’s top expert on iPod, iPhone, and iPad accessories. While at iLounge, he reviewed thousands of Apple-related products, and wrote roughly 20 full-length digital books read by millions of users. He then joined 9to5Mac as senior editor, and reported on AI, 5G, VR/AR/XR, and Apple for VentureBeat.
Over the years, Jeremy has written for and/or edited numerous other publications including GameSpot/Videogames.com, Basketball Digest, Soccer Digest, The New York Times, GamesBeat, 9to5Toys, GamePro, VideoGames & Computer Entertainment, Gamers Today, GMR, Xbox Nation, Buffalo Chow, and OCalpha. He partially authored one of the first books about the internet, Internet After Hours (1994-1996), and later published his own book, Law School Insider (2002), which was heralded as “the best book about law school—ever.”
